St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers was founded in the late-1980s as the Community Outreach Department of St. Jude Medical Center, an acute care hospital located in Fullerton, California. During this time, Proposition 187 denied public services to immigrants living in California without legal status. The health centers receive HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and for its covered individuals. We take care of the entire family. St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers Dental Clinics have limited services during the COVID 19 crisis. We are offering Emergency Dental Services at our Fullerton Clinic and at La Amistad clinic please call to speak with one of our Dental Clinicians at the following locations. We provide some of the best counselling and mental health services to help with your mental health needs. We offer free pregnancy tests and pre-natal care at the Fullerton, La Amistad and Ponderosa sites. We provide delivery at St. Jude Medical Center. We offer state of the art vision care at our optometry equipped facilities. Alma Bradford is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in behavioral health. She received her education from the University of California, Irvine, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social behavior. She also earned a master’s degree in social work from California State University, Long Beach. She speaks English and Spanish. At St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers, our care providers offer the foundation for better health for all our patients. Our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners can support your health in many ways, including providing services such as: Adult and Child Wellness Check-ups Immunizations Diabetes Management Hypertension Monitoring and Intervention St. Jude Neighborhood Health's new Women's Health Clinic is located on the 3rd floor of the new Helen Caloggero Women’s and Family Center and will provide OB/GYN services for our community!.
